The Edgewater is located on the beach in Pismo Beach, just three blocks north of the pier. Mostly people come to enjoy the clean sea air and the beach activities. There are such a wide variety of things to do; the hotel has put a 32-page guide together that is free for the asking. During the early days, clamming was the big attraction. Now, clamming is permitted during a designated season. The hotel features 93 rooms. Most rooms have a view of the ocean. Families have been enjoying staying at the Edgewater for almost 50 years.
