The one bedroom/one bath condo holds a maximum of 4 people and unit bedding is either 1 king bed and 1 queen hideaway bed or 1 queen bed, 1 queen hide-a-bed in the living room and 1 double futon in the loft area. The studio/one bath condo holds a maximum of 4 people and utilizes either 1 king bed or 1 queen bed and either 1 hide-a-bed or queen futon. Room amenities also include in-room internet access, fireplace, DVD/VCR and a full kitchen. Some units also offer CD or stereo. You must be 21 years of age or older in order to check in. A non-refundable cleaning fee with a 7% tax and a non-refundable Damage Waiver Fee will be charged to you upon check-in at Sunset Realty. No exceptions.
