Value Place is a short term residential product that blends the best of extended stay lodging and furnished apartments. Our rates are priced for a minimum one week stay. While many people decide to stay with us for months, many people staying for one week find us cheaper than traditional hotels. Room fees and 100.00USD refundable deposit are due at the time of arrival. The 100.00USD deposit is charged upon move in even if the room is placed on a credit card hold. Deposit is refunded at move out pending no damages or owed charges. Front desk hours of operation are Monday-Friday 9AM-6PM,Saturday 10AM-2PM and closed on Sunday. After hours move-in must call extension 500 and the security guard will be paged to assist the guest.
